We did not choose Dubai for cosmetic reasons. It is one of the places in the world where global business, cross-border talent, regulated industries, and future-facing technology ambition all meet in the same room. That matters for Qadar because the problem we are solving is already international.
The UAE creates a useful tension for how we build: move fast, stay commercially serious, and design for organizations operating across jurisdictions instead of pretending AI usage stops at one office or one market. There is also a kind of optimism here that we value. People come to Dubai to build, to move, and to raise the level of what they are doing.
