Users & Roles is where you control access to Shield Control. You decide who can see AI activity, who can change policies, and who can only view — so responsibility stays with the right people.
What this page does
- Lists the people with access to your Shield Control workspace.
- Shows each person's role and the permissions that come with it.
- Is the starting point for inviting teammates and adjusting access.
Common actions
- Invite a teammate — send an invite and set their role from the start.
- Change a role — move someone between view, manage, and admin access as their responsibilities change.
- Remove access — revoke a user who no longer needs it.
